At TheKalki, we aim to ensure that all orders—whether for digital or physical products—are processed and delivered efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of our SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, and hardware products.

Shipping for Software & SaaS Products

a. Digital Delivery

  • All SaaS and software license keys, downloads, or activation links are delivered digitally via email or dashboard access after successful payment confirmation.

  • Delivery is usually instant or within 1–2 business hours of order completion.

  • In rare cases (e.g., manual verification or payment review), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

b. No Physical Shipment

Since SaaS and software products are digital, no physical shipping or packaging is required or applicable.

Shipping for Hardware Products

a. Order Processing

  • Orders for hardware devices (e.g., IoT devices, networking equipment, or other related products) are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

b. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reputable courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Within India: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, shipping location, courier service, and unforeseen delays.

c. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, delivery location, and selected courier service.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.


Order Tracking

Once your hardware order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email or SMS.
You can use this information to monitor your shipment status through our courier partner’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

For international hardware shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
